Microsoft 365 Integration
Greyball’s Microsoft 365 integration brings your entire legal workflow into Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Calendar — so legal teams can work directly inside the tools the business already uses.
Whether you’re redlining a contract, responding to a legal intake, or coordinating a review meeting, this integration ensures everything stays connected, streamlined, and secure.
What This Integration Enables
Once connected, Greyball can:
- Draft and send emails through your Outlook account
- Create calendar events with Microsoft Teams meeting links
- Send messages directly into Teams channels and chats
- Access and organize legal documents in your OneDrive folders
This makes it easy to route, respond, collaborate, and store legal work in real time — without needing to switch between platforms.
What You’ll Get Access To
- Draft and send emails from Greyball via your Outlook account
- Create and sync legal meetings with auto-generated Teams links
- Push updates, reminders, or escalations into specific Teams channels
- Automatically save, organize, and retrieve documents from OneDrive folders
How It Works
- Connect Your Account
In your Greyball workspace settings, navigate to Integrations → Microsoft 365 and click Connect. Sign in using your Microsoft 365 credentials and authorize the requested permissions.
- Use Legal Workflows in Outlook
Greyball will allow your AI agents (and humans) to send and respond to legal requests directly from Outlook using your organization’s domain.
- Schedule with Teams
Greyball can generate Teams calendar invites for legal reviews, signature calls, or escalations — synced to your Microsoft Calendar.
- Collaborate in Teams
Set up automated notifications to be posted in Teams channels when legal requests are received, completed, or require review.
- Sync to OneDrive
All documents, including signed contracts and redlines, can be saved in pre-configured OneDrive folders based on playbook rules or document type.
Security & Access Control
- Greyball uses OAuth-based secure authentication to connect with Microsoft 365 — we never store your credentials.
- You remain in control of which workspace members can send emails, schedule meetings, or access OneDrive folders.
- Admins can manage connection status and permissions at any time in Settings → Integrations → Microsoft 365.
Test the Integration
After connecting, you can:
- Draft a test email to verify Outlook setup
- Create a test Teams meeting
- Upload a file to confirm OneDrive storage sync
These test actions are available under the Test Features section in your integration settings.
Requirements
- An active Microsoft 365 Business or Enterprise account
